Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions: 1. Appointment Confirmation: 1.1 All appointments, whether booked online or through other means, are subject to confirmation by Squire Garden Services. 2. Rescheduling and Cancellation: 2.1 Requests for rescheduling or cancellation of appointments must be made within a minimum notice period of 24 hours. 2.2 Squire Garden Services reserves the right to charge a fee for rescheduling or cancellations made outside the specified notice period. 2.3 Failure to provide the required notice may result in a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service. 3. No-show Policy: 3.1 If the customer does not arrive within the specified 20-minute window, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and Squire Garden Services reserves the right to charge the full amount for the booked service. 4. Arrival and Access: 4.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that Squire Garden Services has unobstructed access to the designated service area. 4.2 Late arrival by the customer may result in a shortened service duration, and the full-service fee will still apply. 5. Weather Conditions: 5.1 In the event of adverse weather conditions, Squire Garden Services reserves the sole right to make decisions regarding the safety and feasibility of conducting outdoor services. 5.2 If rescheduling is deemed necessary due to weather conditions, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate a new appointment time. 5.3 Customers are not authorized to unilaterally reschedule appointments based on weather conditions. Any rescheduling requests must be communicated to and approved by Squire's Garden Services. 6. Before and After Photos: 6.1 The customer grants Squire Garden Services permission to take before and after photographs of the garden and related areas as part of the service documentation. 6.2 These photographs will be used for internal records, quality assurance, and may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials. 6.3 Squire Garden Services respects the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any sensitive or personally identifiable information in the photographs without the customer's explicit consent. 7. Additional Charges: Any additional services requested during the appointment that were not part of the original booking may incur additional charges.
